"What motivates me is helping clients get back on their feet – helping people who have been injured and, through no fault of their own, can’t help themselves. If I can help a client get a piece of their life back, it means everything to me."
Born in Long Branch, New Jersey, Andrew Spears attended Susquehanna University, earning his B.A. in 1998. Soon after, he enrolled in Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University, where he earned his J.D. Andrew is an aggressive advocate for the injured, representing clients in various litigation including cases involving negligence, motor vehicle accidents, defective medical devices, and related issues. With 15+ years of legal experience, Andrew is proud to stand up for injury victims across the state.
Andrew commits himself to helping each of his clients get their life back to normal. The law calls the act of providing compensation to a plaintiff “making them whole”; that’s his goal for every person whose life has been upended due to a brutal or life-changing accident. When people get money to replace their income, to pay off their medical debt, and provide for their future treatment, they breathe easier. They live without fear of the future. More than anything, that’s what Andrew wants to give his clients: the ability to hope for tomorrow.
Personal Life
In his spare time, Andrew loves spending time with his family and coaching youth soccer, baseball, and basketball.
