Troy is a graduate with honors from Widener Commonwealth Law School. During
his education he served as an Executive Board Member of the Moot Court
Honor Society and participated in the Trial Advocacy Honor Society and
Widener Journal of Law, Economics, and Race. He has competed in several
national Moot Court and Trial Advocacy competitions, including a quarter
finals finisher at the Herbert Wechsler National Criminal Moot Court Competition
in Buffalo, New York where he showcased his skills against the Nation’s
top ranked law schools. Beyond the classroom, Troy gained practical experience
by participating in numerous internships throughout his education. Troy
has practiced in all aspects of civil litigation and has handled multiple
numerous jury trials.
Troy is a graduate of Mount Carmel Area Junior/Senior High School and a
Penn State Harrisburg graduate in criminal justice . While at Penn State,
Troy served as an Executive Board member for the Penn State Harrisburg
branch of the National Society of Leadership and Success where he was
presented with the National Engaged Leader Award.
Since joining the firm, Troy has played an integral part in ensuring that
our clients get the best results. Troy is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania
and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
Outside the office Troy enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
