Ms. Painter brings over 32 years of experience to the firm. Prior to joining Metzger Wickersham, she handled workers’ compensation and Social Security claims at the law firm of Philip J. Fulton & Associates in Columbus, Ohio.

She has extensive experience helping disabled individuals obtain SSD benefits, from the initial application stage through the administrative hearing level. She has also handled claims before the Appeals Council and in Federal Court. She is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives.
